Tradition and contemporaneity on the table
Le Badie is a unique setting, framed by mountains, sea and hills.
A place, that of Rosazzo, where tradition and contemporaneity meet at every corner: a historic abbey looks at a Friuli that grows and renews itself, ancient vineyards that are lulled by increasingly innovative winemakers, trekking enthusiasts who internally explore the routes with E-cycling lovers, old borders and a new way of experiencing them.
So Le Badie also tries to combine all this in its double soul: on one hand a cuisine with solid foundations in tradition, fire and ingredients.
On the other, a continuous research on seafood, trying to overturn the way of conceiving their processing by giving each part of the fish its importance and its specific processing.
Everything is twisted by a relaxing environment, with an incredible view and an ever-growing wine list.
